2. Hosting by Cloudflare

The website is a purely static site delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open it, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and the technical details of the request (address, time, browser) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. I do not receive or store this data myself.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in delivering the website securely and reliably).

3. No cookies, no tracking

The website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and includes no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and images are served by this website itself, not by third parties.

4. Links to other websites

Links to GitHub, Printables, PayPal (donations for Toki), sublarr.de and travstats.de lead to third-party services or sites with their own privacy policies. Data is only sent to them once you follow a link.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you write to me, I process your message and address to answer it and delete them once the request is settled and no retention obligation applies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, for questions about a contract Art. 6(1)(b).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An informal e-mail to the address above is enough.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object to this processing at any time.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.

7. Encryption

The website is only available encrypted (TLS, shown by https://).
